Effective 28 August 2026. Bike Service Timeline is a personal record-keeping utility. By using it, you agree to these terms.

A record, not a safety inspection

Date and mileage reminders are created from intervals you enter. They are organizational guidance only—not diagnostics, manufacturer advice, certification, or a statement that a bicycle is safe. Inspect your bike before riding and use a qualified mechanic when appropriate.

Your records

You retain ownership of the records and attachments you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy, for having permission to store attachments, and for keeping backups. The service is provided without a promise that browser storage will never be lost or cleared.

Free bench and Workshop Pass

The free bench supports two bikes, unlimited components and service entries, reminders, CSV and print export, and complete JSON backup. A US$19 one-time Workshop Pass unlocks unlimited bikes and file attachments for this product. It is not a subscription. Existing local records and free exports remain available if a license is unavailable.

Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout, taxes, receipts, and eligible refunds are handled there. A refunded, expired, or revoked license may stop unlocking paid features. Purchase access can be restored by entering the license token on another device.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to misuse the license service, interfere with the app, or use it to store unlawful content. No marketplace, mechanic booking, diagnostic, or emergency service is provided.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is,” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for missed maintenance, unsafe equipment, lost local data, indirect damages, or decisions made from user-entered records. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
